at first i should say that
for cooking this rom.
i use the kang-cyanogen & cyanoace for the base
thanks them for the base rom and for fixing problem of the cyanogen
i just modified somethings in rom.

how to install rom:
flash kph
flash official CWM
download HaniGenMod 1.0 version and put it on ur memory card
go to recovery
before doing any thing/go to mount & storage and do mount system(necessary)
wipe data
then go to this address
install zip from sdcard/chose zip from sdcard/and select HaniGenMod 1.0
enjoy the rom :-)
